TheSongEditor.com is pleased to announce the new studio membership option in which we partner with you to provide individual practice disks to all your students while helping you pay for your song editing costs. You understand the value of a practice disk to enable a student to practice at home what you are teaching them in your classrooms. Become a Platinum Studio Member to provide practice CDs to all your students and earn income for your studio.

Much of the cost in providing a Practice CD to your students under the previous studio membership (now called Gold Studio Membership) is the cost of shipping and handling the many individual student orders. With the new Platinum Studio Membership, we propose to partner with you to deliver practice disk to all your students by shipping all the CDs to you at a discount, letting you benefit with the cost savings.

How it works:

  1. You charge an annual Music Fee to each of your students to cover your music costs including delivery of an individual student practice disk for each student. We suggest a fee of $20.00.
  2. When you have ordered all your edited and extracted songs for the year, you place a batch order with us for all your students' practice disks, which we will charge you at a discounted rate of $10.00 each plus shipping. We will build the CDs and ship them in bulk to you.
  3. You will distribute them to your students. Each individual student CD will contain the songs for each class the student attends as well as any common songs (for parades, finale songs, etc.) which you may have designated. The CD will contain a label designed especially for your studio and containing the student's name. Each CD will be in a slim CD case labeled with the student's name and with the list of included songs by track number.

A case study:
To illustrate how the Platinum Studio Membership might effect your studio financially, we present the following case study, based on the order pattern of an existing customer. Let us call our customer the Wise Studio. Last year the Wise Studio ordered the following items:

Note that in our case study, the Wise Studio ended the year as a Platinum Studio Member with a net credit of $1,920.55. The Wise Studio made $1,920.55 by doing business with us this year! Compare that to the previous year's net expenses of $4,002.45 for audio editing. That means this year there is $5,923.00 available to spend on something else the studio needs.
